Great location close to shops and restaurants. Clean rooms and fantastic facilities, including multiple pools and a hot tub. Ample parking and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of options to choose from.

The swimming facilities were fantastic with warm water and several options including a hot tub. the breakfast had a fine variety of dishes, including Colombian specialties, and was served outside with a nice view. the location was great in between two major cities.
The bed was a bit hard, which is a common issue in Colombia. the air conditioning only had one setting, which was quite cold, and the shower did not always have hot water.

The breakfast selection was decent and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The spacious room provided a comfortable stay over the Easter weekend.
There were a number of negatives to our stay. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, which was an issue as the temperature was quite warm.

The hotel is situated in a prime location close to various attractions in the area. the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. the swimming facilities are impressive, including a large pool and a hot tub to enjoy. Breakfast is also a definite highlight, with a variety of options ranging from bread, fruit to made-to-order eggs.
The hotel could improve the water pressure in the shower, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Fabulous hotel, clean with nice staff. Loved the pool options and hot tub. Great location between Bogota and Medillin. Ample room for our dog to play. Secure parking for taller car.
